Creating a message that says "Read more" while having a conversation on the WhatsApp service is indeed an interesting thing because it can make you curious.

And to make it, actually we only need to send an article with the number of characters exceeding the limit set by WhatsApp which takes at least more than 700 characters (varies depending on the format and what is used) to do this.

Interestingly enough, we can also use invisible characters to get around this limitation so that later some of the text will still be hidden with the “Read more” option even though the message looks quite short.

The service to hide some text with the "Read more" menu in WhatsApp messages using Zero-Width Space is fortunately starting to be available on various sites. One of them is through Jiayu Yi's WhatsApp Spoilers. Curious as to what kind of funds how? Let's see the full discussion below.

How to Hide Text with Read More on WhatsApp

  • Select the separator you want to use in the Separator section
  • Check the iOS compatibility mode option if needed
  • Type the text you want to hide in the Content . column

  • Click the Submit button when finished
  • A preview of the message will appear in the column of Message (copy this)
  • Press the Copy to clipboard button to copy the text format.

  • Enter the WhatsApp application and open the expected conversation
  • Paste the previously copied text into the message field.

  • Press the Send button

Although it looks very short, the body of the message copied from the WhatsApp Spoilers page actually contains a lot more characters. The maker's claim even mentions that there are at least 4,000 Zero-Width Space used.
