iPhone 14 Specifications and Features, Sophisticated Phone With 48 MP Camera

TechProvit, Jakarta - Good news for iPhone lovers, that Apple recently brought the top two series of its newest mobile phone, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Their presence was a highlight in the event titled "FarOut" which was held at 00.00 WIB, Thursday (8/9), at Apple Park, Cupertino, USA.

Apple CEO Tim Cook even called the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max the most innovative versions of the Pro.

The reason is that both the Pro or Pro Max versions come with a fresh look. Apple removed the bangs or notch on the screen and replaced it with a capsule-like punch hole design.

Interestingly, this punch hole turns out to have an interactive function called 'Dynamic Island'. So, notifications or interactive controls will be displayed intuitively around the punch hole of the iPhone 14 Pro screen.

This capsule-like punch hole also houses the Face ID component, as well as housing the front camera.

Talking about the display, the iPhone 14 Pro comes with a 6.1-inch LTPO OLED screen, while the iPhone 14 Pro Max has a 6.7-inch screen. This smartphone screen has a brightness level of 2000 nits which is claimed to be twice as bright as the iPhone 13 Pro.

In addition, Apple also includes the Always-On Display feature in the iPhone 14 Pro line and is the first to be released on the iPhone. As the name implies, this feature makes the Lock Screen display more useful, because it still displays application notifications at a glance.

A big difference has been given Apple today on its Pro series. Not only in terms of design but also chipset. The Pro and Pro Max versions have the faster A16 Bionic chip.

This time Apple has focused on power efficiency, display and camera with its new chip. The six-core CPU includes two high-performance cores that use 20 percent less power and four efficiency cores that use a third of the chips from competitors.

The new A16 chip helps bring animations found in the Dynamic Island feature and will also power the new camera system.

Super Clean Camera

For the first time, the iPhone Pro line is now equipped with a 48 MP main camera with a quad-pixel sensor. Complementing the main camera, there is a 12 MP ultra wide camera with a size of 1.4 m and a telephoto lens that supports 3x optical zoom.

iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are available in four color options, namely Deep Black, Silver, Gold, and Deep Purple.

The price of the iPhone 14 Pro starts at US $ 999. While the price of the iPhone 14 Pro Max is USD $ 1,099.

Both will be available for preorder on September 9th and available in stores on September 16th.
